Yes! Unlike most other web hosts, we issue pro-rated refunds for your hosting if you cancel before your billing period has ended. Refunds are processed in whole month increments only and any pre-pay discounts will be deducted from the refund since the term for the hosting discount was not completed. Please be sure to request your refund in your cancellation request otherwise a refund will not be issued.
