CANCEL HOSTING: If you wish to close your account simply email us your username, password, and why you wish to cancel. You must also include the following in your email: "I give you permission to delete my website and all of the contents."
To receive a refund for any remaining balance, you MUST request this as well in your email.
CANCEL DOMAINS: for cancelling a domain name, you can set the domain in the Account Manager to turn off auto renew but please also email us so we can set it to expire as well.
