Use these instructions for publishing with Dreamweaver:
- Open Dreamweaver and look in the top menus... Click "SITES" and choose "NEW SITE".
- In the window that pops up, choose the "ADVANCED" tab.
- Select "REMOTE INFO" and enter the FTP settings on the right hand side. (please refer to your setup email for FTP connection settings)
- set the Remote Path to /public_html/

Try passive mode with both on and off
Try with Use Firewall on.
