No, your account is strictly for your own sites. You may host mutliple websites within a single hosting plan, however they must be all your own sites (or close family members sites) or related organizations you might be a part of (such as a non profit group that you do not get paid to help out with). Under no circumstances can you resell or offer webspace to someone you are receiving financial remuneration from for any service you provide them, not limited to just hosting.
