The JetBackup feature is available to all users that select it as a one time fee during the order process

To restore files using JetBackup, you must first login to your cpanel control panel.

Next look for JetBackup Group of options. The easiest option is to use the FILE BACKUPS section, browse the restore point you want to restore and then to the folder you want to restore. select it and be sure to check off you agree that files will be overwritten. then click restore. It can take up to 30 minutes depending on the size of the restore.
